Let's give this content writing thing a try shall we. This post shall serve as an introduction, mission statement, and to do list.

Off the top, my goal is to create posts featuring web dev stuff, design/inspiration, photography, cooking, life stuff, and whatever else. No more excuses or confusion about the platform. We are the platform!

I also say I and we a lot.

Been hearing more and more that if you want to really learn something you should try and teach it so that was the main catalyst for this blog. While I enjoy being a jack of all trades, I'm at the point in my life where I want to pursue mastery. Hopefully writing about projects and interests will help me fill in some gaps.

So this site is based on Grav, which is a fast, flatfile PHP/Twig based Content Management System (CMS). I've been using it for a few years now and I'm pretty happy with its capabilities. Moving forward I will be working more with JS frameworks instead of PHP since that is what I'm mostly working with these days.
